Juyoulian Inventory Privacy Policy
Juyoulian Inventory (App Store name; brand Juyoulian) and related services (the “App”) are published on the Apple App Store and other stores by the individual developer Chen Youzhu (“we”, “us”, or “Developer”). To support product development, operations, and customer service, the Developer engages Zhangping Juyou Technology Software Co., Ltd. (the “Technical Service Provider”) for technical development and server operations. The Developer remains responsible for App Store publication and privacy disclosures; the Technical Service Provider assists within the scope of the engagement.
This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use the App, and the rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the App. By accepting, registering, or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this Policy.
Entity note (App Store review & China filing): The current App Store seller / developer is the individual “Chen Youzhu”. China APP filing has been completed under Zhangping Juyou Technology Software Co., Ltd. The filing number is 闽ICP备15005525号-4A, shown in this Policy and in the App as required. If the Developer membership is later updated to an Organization, we will update the publisher description in this Policy accordingly.
This Policy is prepared with reference to applicable Chinese personal information protection laws and Apple App Store Review Guidelines regarding privacy disclosures.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect information only as needed for the purposes below, under lawful, legitimate, and necessary principles.
1.1 Account registration and sign-in
- Data: mobile number, username, password, SMS verification code; optional nickname, email, remarks.
- Purpose: create and verify accounts, authenticate users, reset passwords, and protect account security.
- Note: passwords are stored encrypted on the server. The App currently does not offer Sign in with Apple. If you only use username/password login, Sign in with Apple is not required.
1.2 Business / ERP data you enter
- Data: goods, inventory, purchase/sales documents, customer/supplier contacts (name, phone, address, WeChat/QQ, etc.), employee info, warehouse/shop info, finance accounts, and reports entered by you or your tenant.
- Purpose: provide inventory, warehouse, documents, reporting, and team permission features.
- Note: you provide this business data; we and the Technical Service Provider process it to deliver the service.
1.3 Device and log information
- Data: device model, OS version, app version, network type, client type (iOS/Android/Mini Program/H5), crash/runtime logs, access time, and API call records.
- Purpose: security, stability, troubleshooting, basic analytics, and product improvement.
- Note: we do not use this for cross-app advertising tracking. In App Store App Privacy, we declare that we do not track.
1.4 Camera, photo library, and barcode scanning
- Permissions: Camera, Photo Library.
- Data: photos you take or select (e.g. product images); barcode/QR content you scan.
- Purpose: upload product images; scan goods or documents for inbound/outbound/stocktake.
- Note: permissions are requested only when you use the related features; the camera is not used continuously in the background.
1.5 Bluetooth (printing)
- Permission: Bluetooth; on some Android versions, Bluetooth scanning may require Location permission (OS requirement; not used for map navigation).
- Data: selected printer identifiers (name, deviceId, service UUID, etc., mainly stored on-device).
- Purpose: connect to Bluetooth printers to print sales/purchase receipts or documents, and product labels via a local Bluetooth label printer. Some scenarios still support remote label printing through a desktop plugin; you choose the print method when using print features.
1.6 Push notifications
- Permission: system notifications / push (iOS notification permission; Android notification permission depending on OS version).
- Data: push device identifiers (e.g. uniPush / vendor-channel clientId or cid), client platform (iOS / Android), device model, signed-in user and employee identifiers, tenant identifiers; and related business context (e.g. to-do instance ID) for delivery and deep links.
- Purpose: send to-do / task reminders (such as start and overdue alerts), open the related to-do detail when tapped, and support app badge reminders.
- Note: device binding occurs when you sign in (including the demo “Try it” path) with push enabled. You may disable notifications for this App in system settings. We do not use push for advertising or cross-app tracking. Push identifiers may be unbound when you sign out.
1.7 Phone calls
- Permission: place phone calls (where supported).
- Purpose: let you dial customer/supplier numbers; we do not upload call content.
1.8 Information we do not intentionally collect
- Continuous precise location tracking as a core feature;
- Address book, SMS content, or microphone audio in the main product flow;

- Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We may share with the Technical Service Provider and processors (cloud, SMS, analytics) only as needed for this Policy, under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Transfer: in a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or change of developer entity, the successor must remain bound by this Policy, and we will notify you as required by law.
- Disclosure: only with your consent, or when required by law or competent authorities.
- Within a tenant: authorized members of your organization may see business data needed for collaboration (e.g. customer phone numbers, documents).
6. Storage location, retention, and security
- Location: servers in mainland China (including domestic nodes of cloud partners). Cross-border transfers, if any, will follow applicable law.

- Security: HTTPS in transit; encrypted password storage; access control; monitoring of abnormal access. Please keep your credentials safe.
7. Account deletion and data erasure
Account deletion is already available in the App. You may delete your account and request erasure of related personal information at any time.
- In-app path (implemented): Sign in → Settings → Delete Account → enter the verification code, accept the confirmation notice, then tap “Confirm Delete”. Only the administrator (tenant creator) can complete deletion. Non-admin users should ask their organization admin, or use the email channel below.
- Manual request (additional channel): email the address in Section 12 with subject “Account Deletion Request”, including your registered phone/username. We will process after identity verification.
- Timeline: in-app requests that pass verification are generally completed immediately; email requests are generally completed within 15 business days after identity verification, or we will explain why deletion cannot be completed immediately.
- Effects: the phone number can no longer sign in; related tenant data and business records will no longer be usable; personal profile data linked to the account will be deleted or anonymized, except where other users’ rights or law require retention. Deletion cannot be undone; please back up necessary information in advance.
8. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may:
- access and correct your account profile;
- delete certain content you uploaded (subject to permissions);
- withdraw consent (related features may stop working);
- delete your account and request erasure;
- obtain a copy of this Policy; lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Contact us using the details in this Policy to exercise these rights.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for business inventory/WMS use by adults with full civil capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Contact us to request deletion if you believe this has occurred.
10. In-App Purchases
The current App focuses on inventory ERP features and does not offer virtual goods top-up or subscription IAP. If paid membership/subscription is added later, we will comply with applicable payment rules and update this Policy and store metadata.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time (including a change from individual to organization publisher, or adding a China APP filing number). For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice, dialog, or email. The updated Policy applies from its stated effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
